Get ready for the cage, learn how to defend yourself, or just enjoy a super intense yet fun workout. Our classes combine striking techniques from styles like boxing and Muay Thai with takedown and grappling techniques from styles like wrestling, judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Sessions are held two to three times a week with either an active or retired fighter with vast experience in the MMA game, but we also conduct seminars from time to time with some of the biggest names in the sport, past seminars include Brad Pickett and Luke Barnatt.
