Olga is one of our fantastic coaches with over 6 years of experience in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. She has more than 4 years of teaching to all levels, from beginners to fighters. With certification in strength and conditioning and a background in weightlifting, Olga’s sessions focus on technique and are personalised to achieving specific goals, whether it is general fitness, competition or weight loss.

What Olga likes the most about boxing is that it teaches discipline and gives individuals confidence in life. It’s also a great way to get rid of stress. Olga says “I enjoy teaching people of all levels, from complete beginners to fighters and I love seeing that they all enjoy the sessions too, no matter how hard they might be.”

Olga admits Muay thai is by all means the toughest sport she has done, but also the most fun. It’s a discipline that you never stop learning and you never stop improving, but the benefits highly outweigh the pain. You will learn to punch, kick, throw elbows and knees, clinch, push, sweep and throw people on the floor. What could be more fun than that?

Weight lifting (strength training) is highly beneficial for everyone, whether they wish to get stronger, bigger, leaner or faster. Learning to squat is one of the most basic things you can do to improve your performance in any sport or simply to feel better performing everyday tasks. Olga says “I love seeing my clients develop and grow and use this to improve their combat training.”

Athlete development programmes are highly individualised both for the athlete and their respective sport. Strength training, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, speed and agility and mobility work are all included in order to improve performance.

Fitness training or general conditioning is for those who wish to get fitter, but are tired of the conventional routines. By using freeweights, kettlebells, prowlers, cardio machines and other methods, this is a creative way of getting fit and having fun at the same time.
