Boxing
Boxing classes at Fight City Gym will focus on technique as well as providing a great workout. Classes will develop your ability as well as improve strength and conditioning.
You’ll always leave with a feeling of accomplishment as you will not only have learnt a new technique but you’ll have had a great high-intensity workout.
OUR TRAINERS
At FCG we have six coaches; Aaron McLeish, Jaromir Lukes, Marija Malenica, Dan Azeez, Sam Antwi and Liam Forrest. All 6 have come up through the boxing ranks and either fought, still fight competitively or coach at a professional level. Therefore all classes will be less boxercise and more boxing!
Boxing Sparring
An advanced class for which full protective gear is required. We have 2 sparring classes per week where you will be able to put into practice some of the techniques learned from the other classes.
You’ll also learn about ring craft and how to move for all situations, something which cannot be taught on pads and bags alone.
