Our sessions are specifically designed for children of all skill levels from 5 to 15 years of age.

A Wide Range of Styles to Choose From

We have classes in Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Just make sure your child has the appropriate clothing and/or equipment for the specific class they’re attending and you’re all set.
